1. How long does it take to process my order?
We process all orders within 1-3 business days. During high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer, but we’ll do our best to keep you informed.
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically delivered within 5-8 business days within the United States. Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays or weather conditions.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes, absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our tracking page: Track Your Order.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, standard shipping rates will apply, and the total will be displayed during checkout.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following secure payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. If you experience any issues with payment, contact us at support@babiesmall.co for assistance.
6. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@babiesmall.co. Please note that cancellations are subject to a 9% processing fee.
7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. For full details on returns and refunds, please visit our Return Policy.
8. My package arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please take clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging, and email them to support@babiesmall.co within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
9. I received the wrong item. What now?
If you received an incorrect item, please contact us at support@babiesmall.co within 24 hours of receiving the package. Provide photos of the incorrect item, and we’ll help you with the exchange or refund process.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future, so stay tuned!
