Cancellation Policy

When you place an order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email verifying that your order has been registered in our system. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, so the timeframe for cancellation is limited to 8 hours from the time of purchase.

To cancel your order for any reason, simply contact us at support@babiesmall.co with your order number.

A full refund of the transaction amount will be issued, minus a 9% processing fee.

If more than 8 hours have passed since your order was placed, unfortunately, we will not be able to proceed with the cancellation. However, you may return your items following the standard return guidelines outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
